HOW TO APPLY
Outline of Main Duties/Job Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility to develop & implement Bank’s IT &
Digital strategies in line with Bank’s business strategy.
Provide insight into digital ecosystem, faster time to market,
high availability of core banking, business model innovative
solutions, trends and customer expectations.
• Ensure implementation of SBP Regulatory Compliance,
Enterprise Technology Governance & Risk Management
Framework.
• Formulate IT & Digital banking-policies and procedures that
support effective financial and business planning, cost
optimization and vendor performance across the Bank.
Ensure IT services delivery & operation management and
seamless acquisition and implementation of IT Systems.
Build and Lead a high performing IT & Digital organization.
• Orchestrate transformation of IT infrastructure, IT & Digital
operations and service delivery model.
Develop and implement Disaster Recovery Plan in line with
Bank’s BCP
• Review and execute IT service level agreements with service
providers.
• Ensure Cyber security, Information Security, communication
links, equipment, etc.
Manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities.
Any other assignment assigned by the management.
