level in Public or Private Sector Organizations,
preferably in WATSAN/ Municipal Services,
OR
A Head of Department/ Senior Level Position in
relevant professional areas, including Engineering/
Technology, Environmental Sciences, Business
Administration, Public Administration, Finance,
Commerce, or Marketing in a significant organization
with a commercial orientation,
OR
Member of the governing body of a Professional
institute.
At least Ten (10) years post-qualification relevant
experience, including three (03) years of experience
in a senior management position in well-established
public/private organizations. Public Sector experience
will be preferred.
At least Ten (10) years of relevant post-qualification
experience in Public Sector/Private Sector
Organization including three (03) years of experience
at a senior management position in large industries,
preferably in Waste Management, Operational
Management, Urban Infrastructure, and Municipal
Services.
At least Ten (10) years of relevant experience in
operations/project management, including three (03)
years of experience at a senior management position
in large industries, preferably in Waste Management,
Operational Management, Urban Infrastructure, and
Municipal Services.
At least Eight (08) years of relevant experience in
operations/project management, including three (03)

5. All the positions are purely on contract basis and are subject to extension (S.No 2 to 16) in accordance with the provisions of Human Resource Manual

11. Qualification Evaluation Criteria will be based on formula:
Education: 30 Marks
Minimum required Qualification (16 years) 20 marks
One Step Higher Qualification (18 years) 5 marks
Two Step Higher Qualification (18+years) 5 marks
Experience: 30 Marks
Interview/Presentation: 40Marks
12. Market based salaries will be offered to the selected candidates in accordance with the provisions of HR Manual of WSSCH.
13. No TA/DA is admissible for interview/presentation.
