Skills and Competencies
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support
business goals in collaboration with senior management and
stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication
documents
⚫ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members
and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Liaise with project stakeholders on an-going basis
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve
project goals
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent
budget changes where necessary
Where required, negotiate with other department managers for
acquisition of required personnel from within the company
• Set and continually manage project expectation with team
members and other stakeholders
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using
appropriate tools
Track project milestones and deliverables
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements
documentation and presentations
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the
project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential
crises and devise contingency plans

Skills and Competencies
Evaluate impounding grounds.
• Ensure evaluation/verification/authentication of the documents
provided by the applicants.
Manage personal hearing in Regional Revocation Board.
• Coordinate with District Level Committees.
Drafting of minute sheets/approvals mentioning unblocking/
revoking grounds and documents.
Approval of revoking minute sheets/approvals from Regional
Revocation Board.
⚫Insertion of revoking minute sheets/approvals along with relevant
documents/reports/notices in VTS.
Compilation of reports received from agencies.
Ensures court directions regarding unblocking/revoking of CNICS
etc.
Segregation of family members wherever required.
Professional Experience
Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant role(s).
Skills and Competencies
Monitor Mobile Registration Vans/Mobile Delivery
Vans/Manpacks & Bikers Administrative, operational and
technical issues on regular basis to avoid interruption in
operations and take up with respective departments for
resolution.
• Coordinate with respective departments for provision of required
equipment, stationary etc.
Coordinate with Zones for fortnightly Schedules and resolve the
issues of relevant stakeholders regarding deployment of Mobile
Registration Vans.
Take corrective/ preventive measures on Audit points raised
during Audit of Mobile Registration Vans.
In time handling of public complaints/Petitions related to Mobile
Registration Vans, Mobile Delivery Vans & Bikers Operations.
Coordination with district administration and police where Mobile
Registration Vans deployed and prepare monthly briefs about
performance of Mobile Registration Vans and take measures to
improve.
To ensure periodic maintenance of Mobile Registration Vans.
