Job Description

HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
LRBT TERTIARY TEACHING EYE HOSPITAL, KORANGI
LRBT is the largest provider of free eye care services in Pakistan. Applications are
invited for the position of Hospital Administrator for its Tertiary Teaching Eye
Hospital, Korangi Karachi who will be responsible for the following:
Overall Hospital Administration (Housekeeping/Discipline/Patients Services)
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Maintenance of Hospital utilities, facilities & assets
Imprest management / accounting
Health, Safety, Safeguarding, Climate & Environmental Sustainability
Eligibility:
MBA/Master’s in Healthcare Management (HEC recognized) OR Retired Major /
Lt. Col (or equivalent) from Armed Forces Medical Corps with clean service
record.
Diploma in Hospital Management will be preferred.
Preferably 5 years’ experience in Hospital Administration
Ability to implement policies and SOPs in accordance with Sindh Healthcare
Commission
Proficient in MS Office and Hospital Management Systems
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
