Head Building & Works Department
VP-I/VP (No. of Position: 01)
Experience:
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Preference will be given to candidates having
experience in building construction, supervision
and project management of high rise buildings and
to handle day to day maintenance works including
HVAC, Electrical systems etc.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from
HEC recognized Institute/University (National/
International).
■ Candidate must be a member of Pakistan Engineering
Council (PEC) as Professional Engineer (PE).
Job Responsibilities:
Planning & Designing of Bank’s buildings.
* Monitoring/supervision and construction/repair
works (civil / electrical / mechanical).
• Renting out surplus spaces in Bank’s owned
buildings.
Hiring of Buildings on rental basis for Branch
offices.
• Allotment and administration of Flats in Colony.
• Compliance of Audit paras / SBP observations.
• To liaison with line Departments at HO / Field.
• Preparation of Budget for CAPEX / OPEX.
• Assist Management for policy decisions.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria
Officer – Assets & Logistics
OG-II (No. of Position-01)
Experience:
Minimum 03 years’ relevant experience.
Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized
Institute/University (National/ International).
Job Responsibilities:
Tagging Coding of Fixed Assets at HO.
Preparation of Annual Budget & Utilization.
Auction/Disposal of Dead Stock Articles.
Monitoring/Procurement/Installation/Maintenance
of CCTV System, Capex Machinery and Security
Equipment.
• Manage procurement and access furniture & fixture
requirements for Branches and HO.
Preparing Demand/File along-with Approvals by
Authority for onward submission to Procurement
Department i.e. Electrical Appliances &
Installations/Security Equipment/Furniture &
Fixture/Capex Machinery.
• Review of Biding Documents and can be the part of
Bid Evaluation Committees and liaison with
Procurement Department.
• Ensure compliance with security polices and audit
requirements.
Any other task assigned by the management.
1. Maximum age limit for VP-I/VP 45-years and OG-II 35-Years as on closing date to apply.
