Memon Medical Institute Hospital is a state-of-the-art not-for-profit tertiary care hospital of international

We are seeking visionary, highly skilled, and compassionate Professionals and Consultants in the following
specialties and functions only on full time basis.
DIRECTOR NURSING
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership to all nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Oversee nursing operations, staffing, and clinical standards across all departments.
* Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and best practices.
Mentor Nursing Managers and staff to promote professional growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Minimum 7-10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership clinical role in a
recognized and large scale healthcare facility.
• Only candidates drawing above Rs. 750,000/- per month will be considered.
HEAD OF LABORATORY
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations and ISO/international standards.
• Manage, mentor, and train laboratory staff to maintain high performance.
Maintain and calibrate sophisticated diagnostic/analytical equipment.
■ Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely laboratory reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 5 years as Head of Department is mandatory.
FCPS in Microbiology or Pathology/PhD in Microbiology.
Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
■ Only candidates drawing above Rs. 750,000/- per month will be considered.
HEAD OF INTENSIVE CARE UNIT & EMERGENCY
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for both ICU and Emergency departments (24 hour operations).
•Ensure compliance with international clinical protocols and accreditation standards.
• Monitor quality indicators, patient safety metrics, and infection control.
Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of doctors, intensivists, and nursing staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
* At least 5 years as Head of Department is mandatory.
FCPS/FRCEM/MRCEM/Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
HEAD OF ENT
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultations and perform complex surgical procedures (e.g., Functional Endoscopic
Sinus Surgery (FESS), head and neck cancer, cochlear implants). Define clinical priorities and ensure
the department adheres to high-performance standards for both inpatient and outpatient services.
Lead continuous quality improvement activities, clinical outcome measurements, and develop depart-
mental procedures and guidelines to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
Qualifications & Experience:
* At least 5 years as Head of Department is mandatory.
• FRCS/FCPS (or equivalent) in ENT.
Proven expertise in advanced ENT procedures, including FESS, Head & Neck Oncology, and Skull Base Surgery.
HEAD OF OPHTHALMOLOGY
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform and oversee advanced surgical procedures (e.g.. phacoemulsification,
retinal, comeal, or refractive surgery).
• Drive clinical excellence and innovation in ophthalmic care and practice.
• Lead a team of specialized ophthalmologists.
Monitor clinical performance metrics and manage risk to improve safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 5 years as Head of Department is mandatory.
FCPS in Ophthalmology.
Proven leadership in a high-volume setting.
