DIRECTOR GENERAL (HR & ADMIN)
OPF GRADE – 11
QUOTA: PUNJAB (GENERAL)
Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites applications from dynamic, qualified and experienced
professionals who have proven leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills and
strong understanding of government procedures and HR best practices for the position of Director
General (HR & Admin). The position carries significant responsibility for leading and managing HR,
administrative and organizational development functions in alignment with OPF’s mission to serve
Overseas Pakistanis and their families.
Qualification:
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
16 years of education in Business Education / Public Administration/Management Sciences /
International Relations / Administrative Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Preference will be given to the candidates having qualification in HR.
Experience:
A minimum of 15 years of experience of which minimum 5 years must be in a senior management role
with demonstrated relevant experience in well-known organizations preferably with a commercial or
welfare orientation.
Skill Set:
Should possess exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. The candidate must be
able to work with OPF Board of Governors to develop and articulate a workable strategic direction,
evaluate potential outcomes and plan effective implementation with a clear focus on delivery
Age:
The candidate must be under 55 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.
Pay Scale:
108.130-7,860-218,170 (Approx. Rs. 383,000/-pm subject to applicable tax deductions)
General:
The candidate must meet the “fit and proper” criteria outlined in Schedule-IV of the SOEs Act, 2023.
The candidate shall be appointed in accordance with applicable laws/rules/guidelines/procedures.
Selected candidate will be offered a performance-based contract for three years. The position is
based in Islamabad.
Qualified and experienced expatriate Pakistanis may also apply. In-service candidates may apply
through the proper channel.
■ Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview; no TA/DA will be admissible for the
interview.
