Experience Certificates, Valid Licenses, Fee Slip and NOC (if applicable)
etc.
2. Applicants must be between 18 and 62 years of age. However, Consultant
positions have no age limit.
3. Applicants are required to upload all relevant documents on the Job Portal,
including a CV, CNIC, educational degrees along with transcripts detailed
marks sheets, experience certificates, valid licenses, fee deposit slip, and
NOC (if applicable).
4. Uploading experience certificatelevidence of current employment
including date of joining is mandatory. All experience letters must be
issued by an authorized office.
5. Submission of fake or forged documents, or concealment or
misrepresentation of any information, will result in disqualification /
termination of employment at any stage.
6. Experience and age will be calculated as of the closing date of this
advertisement. Only experience certificates clearly stating the exact dates
of employment will be considered.
7. Applicants currently serving in govemment organizations or as PKLI&RC
internal employees must attach a fresh NOC issued by their respective
departments. Only post-specific NOCs with current dates will be accepted.

Application Processing Fee:
Rs. 3,000/- for Doctor positions
Rs. 1,000/- for all other positions
Applicants for Staff Nurse positions are exempted from the processing fee.
However, the fee applies to all other positions under the Nursing
