General Notes:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s in Mining/Mechanical Engineering (HEC-recognized), MBA in
Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Project
Management (preferred)
Experience: 15+ years in operations management (mining/ industrial
sector)
Additional: proven record of team leadership, large-scale mining/industrial
projects, and ability to work under challenging conditions.
Bachelor’s of Law (LLB) or Bachelor’s of Industrial Relations from
HEC-recognized institute, Preference for Master’s degree holder
Experience: minimum 20 years active service in Community Development
Projects
1. Candidates from the Balochistan province (subject to meeting eligibility criteria) will be preferred.
2. Only candidates meeting the specified eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for further consideration.
