The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to the following
undergraduate programs, Spring 2026, to be offered at the UHS Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku:

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applicants shall submit their applications online through http://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission by creating a verified account
using a valid email. The application form shall be duly completed with correct particulars, academic details, required documents,
and selected programs. Each program selected shall constitute a separate application and attract a non-refundable processing fee
of Rs. 1000/-, in addition to a UGAT fee of Rs. 3000/-. A system-generated challan shall be deposited through designated modes
within the prescribed deadline, and proof of payment shall be uploaded to the portal. Any modification after fee submission shall
require fresh payment of the processing fee. Applicants shall be responsible for verifying all entries and documents prior to final
submission. No changes shall be permissible thereafter, and confirmation shall be communicated via email.
UHS-UGAT 2026 (SPRING)
The test shall comprise a single paper of 100 MCQs, with 25 each from English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Duration shall be
two hours, commencing at 10:00 a.m. and concluding at 12:00 noon on Sunday, 15th March, 2026.
MERIT CALCULATION
Merit shall be based on the following weightage: SSC/Equivalent 10%, HSSC (Pre-Medical Part-I/Equivalent) 40%, and UHS-UGAT
2026 (Spring) score 50%.
PROGRAM SELECTION AND ADMISSION FINALITY CLAUSE
1. A candidate may apply for admission to one or more Programs. Consequently, his/her name may appear in the merit lists of
multiple Programs. It shall be the sole discretion of the candidate to secure admission by depositing the prescribed fee for any one
of the Programs of choice within the stipulated deadline. Failure to deposit the fee within the due date for any Program in which
the candidate’s name appears in a merit list shall result in forfeiture of the right to admission in that Program, and no claim in this
regard shall be entertained thereafter.
2. If a candidate secures admission in a Program by timely payment of the prescribed fee, and subsequently his/her name appears
in the merit list of another Program, he/she may opt to transfer to the latter Program by submitting a written request to the
University for transfer of fee within the notified deadline and by depositing any balance amount due, if applicable.
3. Under no circumstances shall the candidate be permitted to revert to the previously allotted Program once the transfer has been effected.

2. Mandatory uploads: CNIC/B-Form, father’s CNIC, recent passport-size photograph, SSC certificate/result card, HSSC result
card, domicile, and IBCC equivalence (if applicable).
3. Each document shall be in prescribed format, not exceeding 1 MB, and must be clear and legible.
4. Hard copy submission of application is not required.
5. Admission shall be granted strictly on open merit.
6. Merit lists shall be displayed on the UHS website (www.uhs.edu.pk).
7. Syllabi and fee structures are available on the UHS website.
