1. Detail Bidding Documents and other requirements are available for the registered Bidders on
KP-EPADS at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk and our Official Website https://ath.gov.pk/new-
tenders/. The scan copies of Bids to be uploaded through EPADS & Original Hard-Copy of Bid
Security in Sealed Envelope and original attested Stamp Paper duly sealed and marked (name
of tender) must be submitted physically before the closing date & time. Failing to mark the
tender name on envelope shall lead to disqualification.
2. The complete Tendering Process shall be carried out through EPADS. Interested Bidders are
requested to register themselves on the EPADS https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration
and must submit their Bids through EPAD System. Bids submitted without EPADS shall not be
entertained.
3. The Bids, should be prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the Bidding
Documents. The closing date & time of submission is mentioned as above. The Bids will be
opened on the same day & time as mentioned above in the Table.
4. Pre-Bid Meeting for Sr. No 1 Tender with the interested firms will be held on 09-02-2026 at
10:00 Hrs, and Tenders at Sr. No 2, 3 & 4 will be held on 10-02-2026 and Tenders at Sr.No
5 to 11 will be held on 11-02-2026 at 10:00 Hrs in the Conference Room of Hospital
Director Office.
5. The receipt of Tender Cost (Rs. 1500 non-refundable) must be submitted at the time of Bid
Submission. In case of the request received through courier the bank draft in favor of
undersigned inclusive of courier charges be submitted within due date.
