1. The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on Single Stage-One Envelope basis
as per PPRA Rule 36 (a) from well reputed firms who are registered with Pakistan Engineering
Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-4with Project Codes CE-01, CE-02(x)
for the year 2025-26 and can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding
Documents for the following project.

1. Electronic Bidding Documents, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is
available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
2. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay order/CDR in favor of DDO
(Procurement & Contracts), CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid
Security on E-PADS in PDF and original will be provided on or before opening of bids in the office of
Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
3. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at
http://eprocure.gov.pkand as per instructions contained in Bidding Documents on or before
February 13, 2026, at 1130 hrs. Manual Bids will not be entertained.
4. The electronic Bids will be opened by using EPADS publicly on the same day at 1200 hrs, in the
presence of the procurement committee &bidders’ authorized representatives who choose to attend
the opening session to be held at the office of Director (P&CA-1), Room No 29, Block I, P&C Wing.

5. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is
provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
