NOTICE OF TENDER
1. Applications for pre-qualifications of contractors/firms are invited by GE (DP) ARF PAC
Kamra within 15 days after advertisement for the following works. Tenders documents of
works will be delivered to qualified contractors/ firms later on. The same tenders duly priced.
must reach at GE (DP) ARF PAC Kamra by 1130 hrs and will be opened at 1200 hrs on
prescribed date as mentioned in each Tender documents issued to Qualified

Note: The Contractors/Firms shall provide a certificate that they are not involved in any type of
litigation with Govt Department in the Court of Law and that no special report of Directorate of
Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch GHQ Rwp) is outstanding against them.
2. All the Contractors / Firms irrespective of their enlistment or non enlistment with MES will
certify in writing. that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and will
also submit a copy of their registration with PEC
3. The Firms/Contractors who are enlisted with MES in category ‘E’ and above may apply.
Firms/Contractors, not borne on the approved list of MES will deposit earnest money 2% of
estimated cost will furnish a certificate alongwith their application, giving details of works
executed during last two years and those in hand on the Proforma appended below:-

4. The interested parties / Contactors can contact with this office for any othor
information/dotail from 09:00 hours to 14:30 hours on any working day before due date.
5. Contractor who desire may be present at the time of opening of Tender. The accepting
officer reserves the right to accept or reject the Tender prior to the acceptance Rejected
Tender will be dealt with as per para 33 (1) of PPRA rules.
