3. Request letter for issuances of tender documents should be supported with
a) Copy of valid GST, NTN & SST registration certificate (where applicable) & bidder should be active taxpayer as per FBR Database
b) Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- Centifying that supplier(s) is/are not temporarily or permanently debarred from any Government
agency/authority department (without bearing any responsibility on SSGC whatsoever in this regard
c) Copies of all relevant Certificates Authorization letter must be attached (where required) mentioned with Tender Enquiry
4. Sealed bids to be submitted at the address stated above at SR#2 on or before the bid submission date & time. Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after bid
submission time, bids submited after deadline of bid submission will not be entertained. In case the bid opening date falls on holiday, bids will be opened on the
next working day at the same time, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may intend to attend. In the event, if Sir Shah Suleman
Road is closed for traffic, the bidders can approach to SSGC-Head Office from the DC-East Office through rear gate of SSGC-Head Office
5. For more than one principal / Manufacturer, a separate original tender document has to be purchased
6. Bidders are essentially to provide correct and latest postal, e-mail & web addresses, phone/celifax numbers at the time of purchase of tender documents for
effective and timely communication
7. SSGC reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals and cancel the bidding process before acceptance of bid or Proposal
8. As per SR0296(1)2023 dated 08th March 2023 “E-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023” all bidders are advised to register in e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal
System (EPADS)
9. Oucted price shall be inclusive of all taxes, except GST, which shall be mentioned separately
10. Tender document is also available online on SSGC website for view only. Bidder is eligible to participate in bidding process only after purchasing the tender
documents from Tender Room SSGC Head Office as per the procedure mentioned in the Press Publication/SSGC website. It is mandatory for bidders to attach
original Token Slip in front of the Sealed Envelope (issued at the time of Purchasing) as an evidence that supplier has purchased the Tender documents. Further,
any Corrigendumfications/Addendums/Extensions issued to be notified to only those bidders who have purchased Tender documents
11. For EPADS tenders: The bidder is required to submit upload the Valid PEC Certificate mentioned in the Tender Document/Advertisement (where
required) along with the Bid on EPADS else the bid will be liable for rejection. These tenders are available on the EPADS link:
https://eprocure.gov.pk/auth/login. Bidders/suppliers/contractors should participate in this tender through EPADS. Supplier should download tender
document through EPADS, BOQ/ Bid form schedule of requirement and upload all tender documents with sign and stamp through EPADS otherwise
bid will be treated as rejected. The bidder must deposit submit the physical bid bond to the Tender Room (SSGC HO) before the bid Closing, otherwise
the bid will be liable to be rejected. For EPADS tenders, the bids to be submitted online on EPADS portal, and will be open on EPADS portal on their
respective date & time.
