1. National Database and Registration Authority Regional Head office Multan, invites sealed bids for procurement of private lands
for the establishment of its offices in cited above cities from owners who wish to sell their plot to NADRA.
2. Bidding shall be conducted as per single Stage – Two Envelope” of Rule 36 (b) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding
documents, containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and from
the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk, free of cost.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must be submitted through EPADS duly
completed in all respect by 18 Feb, 2026 (Monday) before 1030 hours (under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure).
4. Technical bids / proposal will be opened on 18 Feb, 2026 (Monday) at 1100 hours in presence of available bidders through
EPADS. If bid opening date is on gazetted holiday, then bids will be opened on next working day.
