required. The Senior Assistant Director Local Government & Rural
Development, Kech, has invited the electronics tenders from the
interested firms/ contractors of the following goods. Completion

The Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with
Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014,
BASIC ELIGIBILITY: The Firms must have valid registration with
Income Tax and General Sales Tax, including similar nature work
experiences & Bank Statement (Turnover). Valid Registration with
Income Tax & GST with active tax payer list. Other Mandatory
conditions and Detail Marking Criteria mentioned in the Bidding
Documents. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single Stage-Two
Envelope procedure. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid
Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 2%
specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled
bank Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document can be
obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Issuance of tender
Documents: Complete Bidding Document can be viewed at
www.bopra.gob.pk. The tender processing fee of Rs. 1000-must be
deposited in Govt Treasury in favour of the undersigned through
Green challan Last Date of bid submission: Bid can only be
submitted electronically latest by 10″ Feburary-2026 till 10:00 AM
through supplier dashboard. Tender opening: All tenders will be
