Notice: Tender Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelop Basis.
• Delivery FOR NRTC Haripur.
• Scanned copy of tender documents to be uploaded on EPADS. Hard copy must be submitted of sealed
bidding document on the closing date & time of the tender document to NRTC on the address given below.
⚫ Price inclusive and exclusive of taxes need to be mentioned separately. (Supplier must be active tax payer
otherwise bid will be treated as cancelled).
• Scanned copy of bid security is required to be uploaded on EPADS and original bid security must be
provided along with technical bid. Address given in the tender notice (NRTC Haripur). Otherwise bid will be
treated as cancelled.
⚫ Rs-50,000/- as a bid security in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur.
Warranty: Standard warranty.
• Bid Validity: 90 days
NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject at any time prior to the acceptance of any or all the
tenders / bids.
Bids complete in all respect should reach the office of the under signed up to 30 March, 2026 till
1100 hours and Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on same day.
