Nishtar Medical University, Multan invites bids for the Financial Year 2025-26 on FOR Basis from well
reputed firms& Contractor who are registered with income tax, Sales Tax and Professional tax and are on active
Taxpayers list of the Federal Board revenue for Purchase of following tender through E-Tendering on e-Punjab
Acquisitions and Disposal System. The detail of items is as under:

TENDER DOCUMENTS (TORS):
1. Expression of Interest (EOI) applications are invited. The interested bidders may download the bidding
documents from the PPRA e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposable system (e-PADS) and PPRA website
(www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
2. The bid security in the shape of CDR from any scheduled bank in the name of Vice Chancellor Nishtar
Medical University, Multan shall be uploaded on E-Pads as well as submitted in Original in Purchase Section,
Nishtar Medical University, Multan.
3. The e-applications in the form of PDF file duly completed. Signed. Stamped, and in complete
conformity with EOI (Expression of Interest) document must be uploaded online on e-PADS well before
the submission deadline. Submission of documents on e-PADS shall entirely be the responsibility of the
firms themselves. Nishtar Medical University shall not be held responsible for any issues thereof.
4. The e-applications must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 11:00 AM on 06-04-2026.
The e-applications will be publicly opened in the Committee Room of Vice Chancellor Office, Nishtar
Medical University, Multan at 11.30 AM 06-04-2026.
5. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 26-03-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Purchase Officer, Nishtar
Medical University .Multan
6. There is no Fee for downloading EOI (Expression of Interest) documents or for submission of
e-applications under the e-procurement system.
7. Nishtar Medical University reserves the right to cancel the tendering process at any stage prior to the
final announcement of results.
8. Procurements shall be governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 amended up-to date
9. In case the date of submission/ opening of tender documents are declared as a public holiday by the
government or non-working day due to any reason, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the
date of sale, submission and opening of tenders accordingly. The time and venue shall remain the same.
10. The URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx) and response time
shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA.
