E-TENDERING NOTICE
Tenders based on item rates, as per the approved DNIT are hereby invited, for the works
mentioned below from the contractors/ firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sale Tax Departments
and optionally registered with respective chamber of commerce for IT Equipment

The procurement is to be carried out through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal
System) https://eprocure.gov.pk website of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) developed by
PITB only. All interested applicants / constructors/vendors are required to register on EPADS to become
eligible for participation. Tender notice tender document containing detailed requirement, terms and
condition are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and Punjab
Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website http://opra.punjab.gov.pk. The tender documents
comprising the DNIT, must be submitted on EPADS as per the date and time mentioned below, Manual Bids:
shall not be accepted.

The prospective bidders are to submit earnest money in the form of a CDR/ Bank draft/
Cashier’s cheque of any scheduled bank 2% of the estimated DNIT cost. The contractors / bidders shall
produce the original 2% CDR/ Bank draft / Cashier’s cheque to the Deputy Director-IV, Building Research
Station, Lahore / Tender Opening Committee accompanying the letter head on or before the closing time of
the bid, otherwise the online bids submitted will not be entertained. Conditional tenders and tenders not
accompanied with earnest money shall be rejected. The online submitted bids / tenders will be opened on the
website on fixed date and time at below mentioned address in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives who may wish to attend.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a
bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate rejection to any
supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids proposals, but it
is not required to justify those grounds.
The URL of website of the PPRA is “https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx” and
response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication of advertisement on the website of the
PPRA
