Experience:
Head – Legal Litigation Unit
AVP/VP-I/VP (No. of Position- 1)
Location: Islamabad
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Bank/Financial Institutions or leading law firms.
Preference will be given to candidates having substantial exposure in Corporate and Banking Laws, Litigation
Management, Regulatory Compliance and handling service matters.
Qualification:
Minimum LLB degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).
Preference will be given to candidates having LLM from HEC recognized Institute/University (National
International) or Bar-at-Law.
Job Responsibilities:
Represent the organization before courts of law including Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Banking
Mohtasib, Walaqi Mohtasib Banking Courts Regulatory Authorities, tribunals, NAB, FIA and other judicialiquasi-
judicial forums.
Lead and supervise litigation strategy, ensuring effective handling of cases through internal legal team and external
counsels
Prepare and vet comments, replies, responses, legal notices, pleadings, and legal opinions on behalf of the
organization.
Coordinate with panel advocates, legal consultants, regulatory bodies, to ensure adequate and appropriate defense
in logamattors.
Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other stakeholders on corporate, banking, regulatory, and
compliance matters.
Oversee appeals, review petitions, recovery matters, debarment proceedings, and regulatory compliance cases.
Supervise maintenance and organization of legal records and ensure proper documentation and reporting
mechanisms
Provide secretariat and advisory support to internal committees regarding issuance of legal communications and
policy matters.
Ensure compliance with banking laws, corporate governance requirements, and regulatory frameworks applicable
to financial institutions.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Law Officer
OG-I/AVP-I/AVP (No. of Position-5)
Location: Karachi, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur, Sialkot,
Experience:
Vehari/Multan
Minimum 05 years’ experience in Bank/Financial Institutions or handling Banking
Litigation as a lawyer.
Preference will be given to candidates having substantial exposure in Corporate
and Banking Laws, Litigation Management, Regulatory Compliance and handling
service matters.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for initiating, defending, and pursuing recovery, civil, criminal, service,
and labour cases before courts of law including Supreme court, High Courts, District
Courts, Banking Mohtasib, Wafaqi Mohtasib Banking Courts regulatory authorities.
Tribunals, NAB, FIA and other judicialiquasi-judicial forums.
Strong expertise in drafting complex legal pleadings, ensuring effective execution
of decrees and supervising a professional panel of advocates.
The candidate must maintain accurate litigation records, prevent procedural lapses
and provide analytical legal reports and advice to Head Office.
Applicants with strong experience in banking litigation and a commitment to
reducing credit risk through effective legal follow-up are preferred

Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria: –
Maximum age limit for VP-IVP 45-Years and
OG-I/AVP-AVP 40-Years as on closing date to
apply.
