66KV/132KV Redundant Transmission Lines as specified above shall be disposed off “As is where is basis.” Interested bidders
can visit/inspect the site/location on working days between 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
Bidding documents containing detailed term & conditions can be obtained from the office of Addl: Chief Engineer GSO Circle
Sahiwal upon production of written request alongwith Sales Tax Registration certificate and payment receipt of tender fee of
Rs.2000/- (Non-refundable) which will be paid in the office of XEN (SS&T) Division MEPCO Vehari.
• Pre-bid meeting will be held on 25-03-2026 at 10:30 hrs. in the office of Addl: Chief Engineer GSO Circle Sahiwal. Interested
bidders may attend as per schedule date & time.
• No tender document will be issued on the opening date.
The Bidder may quote price for one or more Lot of this Tender.
No tender documents will be received after expiry of time.
The tenders will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend on above mentioned date
& time in the office of Addl: Chief Engineer GSO Circle Sahiwal.
•No bidder shall be allowed to alter or modify his bid after the bids have been opened as defined in Clause 31(1) of PPRA Rules
2004.

The tenders opening committee reserves all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
