seasoned, results-driven Principal / Vice Principal to lead the rollout through strong systems, academic
excellence, and a high-performance culture, while also ensuring robust oversight and continuous
improvement of the existing Matric stream.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Qualification / Experience / Age
Age: 40-50 Years
• Education: M.Phil/Master’s in Education (M.Ed) or Master’s in a
core subject English/ Sciences/ Math/ Humanities) with strong
leadership experience
Cambridge training/certification preferred: Cambridge
PDQS, Leadership/School Management courses,
Assessment/Exam Administration training
• Experience: 15+ years in education sector, including minimum
5 years proven leaderships experience as a Principal.
• Cambridge O Level expertise: hands-on experience in
Cambridge schools (planning, timetabling, assessments, exam
operations, results management); program launch experience is
a strong advantage.
Age: 35-45 years (flexible for the right candidate)
Education: Master’s in Education (M.Ed) or Master’s in a relevant
subject English / Mathematics/ Sciences/Humanities
Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in education with a proven 2+
years leadership experience as a Vice Principal
Matric expertise: Strong command of Matric curriculum planning,
board systems, results improvement strategies, and
discipline/attendance routines
Level exposure (preferred): familiarity with Cambridge
timetabling, assessment planning, and documentation; launch
exposure is a plus.
