INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (KPPRA Single stage two envelop bidding procedure) 3. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) and Instructions to Bidders can be downloaded from EAPDS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) or obtained from the office on any working day with a cost of Rs. 3000 (rule 33(5) of KPPRA rules). 4. Original Copies of Call Deposit for Bid security should be enclosed in the Technical Proposal and shall reach to the Office before closing date/time. 5. Submission of forged or misleading documents (if found at any stage) will result in disqualification. Additionally, punitive actions-including legal and financial penalties may be imposed. 6. All the prevailing rules of the KPPRA shall be applicable. 7. For detail terms and conditions refer to the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD). 8. Bid not fulfilling any of the criteria as stated above and in the bidding documents will be declared non-responsive. 9. The Financial Bid will be opened after the Approval of Technical Bids from the Competent Authority. 10. Venue of Bid opening is office of the Executive Engineer Highway Division Bannu.
