The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), hereinafter “The Procuring
Agency intends to invite experienced, reputable Contracting firms having valid PEC license registered
under category “C-4 and above” having specialized codes i.e., CE-10, EE-06, and fulfilling specified
criteria, to participate in bidding process for the following works:

The Applicant shall not be eligible to participate if debarred / blacklisted by any Government / Semi
Government / Public Department. It is further added that firms are invited to compete in open bidding
process under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure of PCBDDA Procurement Regulations,
2024.
The Tender documents carrying all details can be downloaded from PCBDDA’s website
www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk for information only. Complete Tender Documents along with detailed
specifications, criteria, terms and conditions can be obtained from Procurement Directorate Office of
PCBDDA after the publication of this advertisement against payment of above-mentioned tender fees in
form of Pay Order / CDR / Demand Draft in favor of “Punjab Central Business District Development
Authority”. The request must clearly state “Request for Tender documents” for the specific “NAME OF
WORK” mentioned above.
Interested firms having strong capability and experience in similar nature projects are encouraged to
submit sealed bids along with required documents clearly marked the specific “NAME OF WORK” and
addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base,
Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore on or before above-mentioned deadline date. No bid will be
entertained without the Bid Security in shape of Original Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft/
CDR issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favor of “Punjab Central Business District
Development Authority”.
Pre-Bid meeting will be held on March 04, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the conference room of PCBBDA Office
Complex. The bids submitted after the above-mentioned closing date and time shall be rejected and
returned without being opened. Written queries relating to bidding documents received from interested
firms up to 03 days before the closing date would be responded. PCBDDA reserves the right to accept or
reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of the bids.
