Sealed tenders based on item rates are hereby invited well-reputed, experienced and technically
competent firms 1- Company must be registered for at least 5 years 2- Must have completed at
least 3 similar projects (CCTV+ Networking) 3- Each project must be worth at least 4 million
or more Completion Certificates must be attached. current financial year 2025-26 under T.S. No.
PR/065/26 dated 24-02-2026 in the field of building works mentioned below:-

Terms & Conditions
a. Tender documents (including BOQs, Conceptual Drawings & Technical
Specifications) can be downloaded from the PPRA Website.
b. The sealed tender will be reaching the undersigned on or before 16th Mar 2026 upto
11.00 hrs and shall be opened on same date at 11.30 hrs at Anwar Sikandar Hall
building in presence of interested participated contractors or their authorized persons.
In case of any Gazetted / Local Holiday then the tenders will be received / opened on
next working day.
Bidders are strictly required to fill and quote each BOQ item separately. Any bid
containing lump-sum remarks, conditional statements, or wording such as “work will
be executed as per Engineer’s Estimate” shall be treated as non-responsive and shall be
rejected.
d. Procedure of open competitive bidding i.e. single stage one envelope system shall be
adopted.
e. The successful bidder who quotes a rate below the Engineer’s Estimate shall be
required to submit a Performance Guarantee/Performance Security equal to the amount
of the quoted bid below the Engineer’s Estimate, so that the total secured amount
corresponds to the difference between the Engineer’s Estimate and the quoted bid price.
Conditional, un-signed, incomplete, cutting, overwriting, doubtful bids will be not
accepted.
g. The Procuring agency may reject all tenders / bids at any time prior to the acceptance
of a bid / tender proposals under PPRA Rule-35 (Rejection of Bids). However,
procuring agency shall upon request communicate to the bidder/ tendered who submit
a bid/tender the grounds for its rejection.
h. The contractors are required to submit their bids on prescribed form otherwise, the same
will be rejected.
i.
The contractors are bound to conduct all the quality control tests.
j.
If any further information is required regarding the tenders, please visit the office of
Bursar/Project Manager during working hrs prior to date of opening.
k. Payments shall be made on monthly work done basis as specified in work order upon
submission of bill by the contractor and upon verification by the Engineer.
1. Retention Money shall be deducted against each payment and shall be released after
completion of Defects Liability Period and Issuance of Defects Liability Certificate.
m. No escalation for what so ever reason in rates/price of specified material shall be
admissible during the entire duration of the project. Furthermore, no positive variation
in quantities for what so ever reasons of any kind shall be entertained or approved for
any reason whatsoever.
n. The contractor is responsible for a detailed site survey to verify camera locations,
lighting conditions, and cable routes before installation.
All interested bidders must carefully review the tender documents including drawings.
