The Suppliers / Bidders are informed that Single Stage (Two Envelope Bidding) process is
opted for procurement tender cases. Therefore, suppliers are required to submit (i) Technical
Offer and (ii) Commercial Offer separately at tender due date.
Disposal material can be inspected in coordination with Deputy Manager (Stores) on Cell #
0344-2126002. Inspection of material can be done during working days from 09:00 Hrs to
11:00 Hrs.
Tender Documents can be downloaded from KS&EW website: www.karachishipyard.com.pk
and PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk. However, the supplier/contractor are required to
purchase the bidding documents on payment of Rs.2,000/-(each) from Procurement
Department at least a day before tender due dates from 09:00 to 15:30 Hrs. Bidders stationed
out of Karachi may obtain tender documents through courier service.
Tenders will be opened at 11.00 am on tender due date in presence of the bidder’s
representatives who may wish to be present. KSEW reserves the right to accept or reject
tender.
