Experience Job Description
15-20 years in infrastructure development, Civil
professionals or retired Lt Col (Army Corps of Engineers).
Preference for urbanlindustrial park experience.
Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.
10-15 years in planning, contracting and control of
development works; Civil professionals or retired Major
(Army Corps of Engineers). Preference for urban/industrial
park experience with knowledge of PEC, FIDIC & PEPRA
rules.
Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
10-15 years in planning, design vetting, execution, and
control of mega electrical infrastructure works; strong
command of latest software and NEPRA regulations
Preference for experience in DISCOS, EHT transmission
networks, and grid stations.
Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
5-10 years in Urban & Regional Planning
Must be registered with Pakistan Council of Architects &
Town Planners (PCATP).
5-10 years of relevant experience, proficient in AutoCAD,
Photoshop, and other modeling software, strong ability to
interpret and prepare Architectural, Structural, and MEP
engineering drawings.
10-15 years as Office Superintendent in a reputable
organization; Civil professionals or retired JCO.
Manage daily correspondence and distribution; maintain
updated records; proficient in MS Office.
5-10 years as UDC in a reputable organization; Civil
professionals
or
retired

Manage daily correspondence and record-keeping, proficient
in MS Office
