TENDER NOTICE FOR PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF
PASSIVE COMPONENETS OF COMPUTER BASED TEST CENTRE
(COMPUTER LAB) AT BMC BANNU
Sealed bids are invited from reputed Firms/Suppliers/Authorized dealers registered with relevant Tax
Authorities including KPRA (where applicable), and are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL)

1. Bidding documents/TORS/Specification can be obtained from Accounts section of BMC Bannu on
payment of Rs 2000/-(Non-refundable) during working hours before opening of bid.
2. Bid on original company letterhead sealed & signed (every page) should be submitted in words &
figures.
3. Tender opening will be held on 10th March, 2026 in the office of the undersigned at 12:00 PM.
4. Bids shall be delivered at the address given below on or before 11:30 AM on 10th March, 2026
5. Any bids received after due date and time shall be rejected as per KPPRA rules (37-4).
6. Tender/bid will be opened by procurement committee of BMC Bannu, in front of representatives
of the firms/bidders who choose to attend the tender opening meeting in the office of the
undersigned.
7. The firm must be on FBR Active Tax payer list.
8. All taxes will be deducted as per Government Rules.
9. All the firms shall be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where
applicable.
10. The firms must provide detail of NTN #, Sales Tax # Professional Tax # and all other taxes to MTI
Bannu.
11. No conditional tender will be acceptable.
12. The following documents must be attached at time of submission of tender:
A. photo copy of CNIC/Registration Certificate.
B. Affidavit on 100 Rupees stamp paper duly attested by the oath commissioner to the effect that
the firm has neither been black listed nor any contract rescinded in the near past.
Note:The competent Authority has the right to reject any or all bids under the rule 47 of the Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
