NOTICE INVITATION TO BIDS
TENDER FOR APPOINTMENT OF CHEMIST FOR
THE YEAR 2025-26
WAPDA Fortified Dispensary Gujranwala, Organization invites
sealed bids for local chemists/druggists (Financial) for the
appointment of chemist on free delivery to consignee’s end for
Financial Year 2025-26.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Chemist/Druggist must be registered with income tax and
sale tax department and should be on active tax payer list
(ATL) of FBR.
2. Chemist/Druggist will supply drugs on discounted rates on
daily basis.
3. Chemist/Druggist should have a valid drug sale license in
accordance with laws of Government and health department.
4. Contract will be valid for 01-year, and extendable to one year
with mutual consent and satisfactory performance.
5. Sealed bid should be submitted with original letter heads of
the chemist/druggist bearing the name, address and contact
number, being properly signed and dated by the proprietor or
his authorized representative.
6. Bid must be accompanied by an undertaking on stamp paper
that the bidders has not been black listed by Government,
Semi Government and Private Organization.
7. Bid Security amounting to Rs. 24,000/- in shape of Pay Order
/ Demand Draft or CDR in the name of Undersigned should
be submitted along with the bid.
8. Bid Document may be obtained at the address mentioned
below of written application along with payment of non
refundable fee of Rs.500/- during the office time
up-to 11-03-2026.
9. The bids against this invitation shall be received on
11-03-2026 at 11:00 Hrs positively in the office of Incharge
Medical Officer Wapda Fortified Dispensary Gujranwala.
Bids shall be opened on the same date at 11:30 Hrs in the
presence of the chemists / druggists in the office of Incharge
Medical Officer Wapda Fortified Dispensary Gujranwala.
10. Competent Authority reserves the rights as per PPRA
Rules-33.
