2. Contractors not borne on the approved list can also apply subj to fulfilling the fol
requirements:-
a. Deposit of Rs. 500/- as earnest money (non refundable) with their application in the
form of FDR of National/State Bank of Pakistan in favour of Gar Comd Lahore.
b. To furnish security deposit at the rate of 5% (refundable) of the estimated amount
(mentioned above against each Job No.) within a week on acceptance of his tender.
3. Tenders will be opened on due date at 1200 hours. Therefore the tender must be
received in this HQ on due date upto 1100 hours.
4. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
