AUCTION OF COMMERCIAL PLOTS
1. KPEZDMC invites sealed bids from individuals, builders, firms or companies for the Lease of
Commercial Plots through auction under single stage one envelope procedure located at Hattar
Special Economic Zone for commercial activities. The initial lease shall be for a period of 30 years,
extendable as per the prevailing rules of KPEZDMC. The details of the plots are given below.

2. Interested bidders can collect the bid solicitation documents from the Head Office or from Hattar Special
Economic Zone Office upon payment of PKR. 3,000/- (Three Thousand, Non-Refundable for each plot) in the
form of call deposit in the name of “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management
Company” during office hours from below mentioned address.
3. The Sealed Bids for each plot must be delivered to the below address as per above-mentioned date & Time.
4. The sealed bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the
meeting at 12:30 pm on the same day at the Head Office of KPEZDMC, Plot No. 23, Street No. 13, Sector E-8,
Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar-25000.
5. KPEZDMC will not entertain any bid after bid submission time due to the delay caused by the courier/postal
service or any other reason.
6. Other terms and conditions are mentioned in the bid solicitation documents.
7. KPEZDMC reserves the right to accept or reject the bid or auction proceedings as per prevailing rules.
