JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS – TERRITORY MANAGERS
(CONSUMER BUSINESS & CARDS)
Job Role
To achieve the sales targets, increase market share and profitability in the assigned territory while retaining
current customer base and inducting new customers in order to achieve the departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Retain existing sales volume and acquire new business accounts in the assigned area for enhancing sales
volumes and profitability.
• Prepare and participate in POL proposals, quotations, RFQs and tenders in consultation with Business
manager & Head office in order to enhance POL business in the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate a culture of teamwork and responsibility among the team to ensure achievement of division’s
objectives & targets.
• Ensure all customer queries and execution of POL supplies are made within time on receipt of customer
orders, requirements and demand in order to ensure smooth marketing activities.
• Perform due diligence and necessary cross checks in order to ensure genuineness of customers being
inducted in company’s system.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers in order to resolve customer related issues and to negotiate
business deals.
• Prepare credit proposals in coordination with Finance Dept for existing and potential customers, process
their refund claims, reconcile customer accounts and follow up with customers to ensure recovery of
outstanding amounts if any.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare proposals for CFT in consultation with divisional engineers to set up
consumer pumps, if so, required by the consumers.
• Negotiate and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders for review and signing of agreements &
contracts.
• Conduct market surveys, gather market intelligence about competition, products, market trends, prepare
and submit data/reports as required by the management at divisional or head office level.
Education
• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned and HEC recognized university or
institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Engineering or Business
Administration.
Experience
• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in oil and gas sector or similar business with at
least 1-2 years of functional experience.
• Understanding of Industrial Sector, Fuel & Lubricant utilizing machinery/equipment, Sales Experience will
be preferred.
Requirements
• Coordination with Operations, Logistics & Finance for expediting customer orders.
• Coordination with Legal Team for execution of Agreements and contracts.

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – ALLIANCES MANAGEMENT
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances with relevant stakeholders in the non-fuel retail business.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, negotiate partnership agreements, and
collaborate on joint initiatives aimed at driving growth, improving customer experience, and expanding the
non-fuel retail business.
• Work closely with alliance partners to identify new products and services that can enhance the non-fuel
retail offerings. Evaluate market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for
diversification and expansion.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of alliance partnerships, track key performance indicators (KPIs),

Job Role
JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – ALLIANCES OPERATIONS
The role is responsible for accurate invoicing, receivables tracking, and maintaining strong reporting systems
to support strategic decision-making. The role will also support the team in deployments of primarily
merchandising within shops and shops ‘audits. Additionally, the role supports business growth by maintaining
a partner pipeline and monitoring alliance performance KPIs to provide actionable insights to senior
management.
Key Responsibilities
•Ensure timely invoicing of all alliance partners after soliciting and verifying monthly sales data, and follow
up on payments in close coordination with partners.
• Liaise with alliance partners to collect sales data, track payment schedules, and manage agreement
renewals to avoid any business disruptions.
• Maintain an accurate and updated MIS on receivables, collections, and payment statuses, and share timely
reports with management for informed decision-making.
• Maintain organized records of all alliance agreements, monitor renewal and compliance timelines, and
prepare management approval requests in coordination with Regional Alliance Manager.
• Visits to convenience stores to ensure deployments of merchandising SKUs of alliance partners. Provide
support to alliance partners during any promotional campaigns/customer engagement activities etc.
• Collaborate with the Legal Department for vetting of agreements, issuance of Letters of Authorization
(LOAS), and obtaining final signatories on agreements.
• Monitor alliance performance against defined KPIs (e.g., revenue contribution, achievement of sales
targets, number of outlets deployed, and per-outlet revenue) and highlight variances to management.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential alliance opportunities for review and approval by the Head
of Alliances.
• Support the deployment and operational execution of alliances across outlets, ensuring adherence to
company standards and smooth partner integration.
• Prepare routine operational reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management to track alliance
health and performance.

Job Role:
JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS – PROJECT ENGINEERS
(PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION)
To plan, organize, and supervise all phases of execution for timely development, upgradation, and
maintenance of Retail Outlets and Consumer Sales Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise all construction and civil works carried out by Contractors at Retail Outlets and Consumer Sales
Facilities and closely monitor work progress to ensure quality, quantity, and compliance with approved
drawings and specifications.
• Verify and administer timely submission of Contractors’ invoices for civil, structural, and miscellaneous
works to the Head Office after necessary site verification for timely processing and payments.
• Coordinate with Head Office (Engineering Team) on ongoing construction works and submit periodic
progress reports, contractors’ bills, post-completion HSE audit checklists, and completion certificates for
Retail and Consumer outlets.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with Work Orders, SOPs, Engineering Standards, HSE
requirements, management guidelines, and applicable statutory laws, codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate with Division Managers on day-to-day construction and civil works issues at outlets to ensure
smooth, safe, and uninterrupted execution of works.
• Provide technical assistance, engineering support, and supervision to Retail and Consumer Sales Outlets in
accordance with approved specifications and standards.
• Provide site-specific technical input and field data to the engineering team for defining scope of work for
Company Operated, Company Financed, and Dealer Financed sites
• Supervise and inspect civil engineering works including site grading, earthworks, foundations, concrete
works, pavements, driveways, drainage systems, buildings, canopies, boundary walls, allied electrical
works and external development works at Outlets.
• Review civil drawings, Bill of quantities (BOQs), Material take off (MTOS), measurements, and as-built
documentation related to outlets construction and modification works.
•Ensure implementation of approved layouts, site levels, access roads, water drainage, traffic circulation,
and customer movement plan at Retail Outlets.
• Coordinate with utility agencies and internal stakeholders for civil works related to water supply, sewerage,
electrical works, water disposal, and allied infrastructure.
• Participate in site handover, check list preparation, rectification follow-up, and final completion
certification of Retail Outlets.
• Undertake any other task or function as may be assigned by the Management.
Education
• Minimum 16 years of education preferably Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized
university or institution.
• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Construction / Project Management or relevant discipline) or
Foreign-qualified degrees from accredited and reputable institutions will also be preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of professional experience in Oil & Marketing, EPC Contractor companies, preferably
in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1 – 2 years of related functional experience in
construction supervision, civil works, or retail fuel infrastructure development
