GENERAL CONDITIONS:-
Eligibility Criteria
16 Years of Education (2 Division/2.5
CGPA) in Media Studies, Media &
Communication, Mass Communication and
Digital Media & Broadcast Journalism forma
University recognized by the Higher
Education Commission;
• 2 years’ post qualification experience in the
relevant filed preferably in Tourism Sector.
LLM or Equal Qualification from a University
recognized by the Higher Education
Commission with 2 years active practice as an
advocate
or
LLB from a University recognized by the
Higher Education Commission with 5 years
practice as an advocate in High Court.
Preference will be given as legal advisor in
government Department.
16 Years of Education (2d Division/2.5 CGPA)
in Information Technology, Computer
Science, Telecommunication or Software
Engineering from a University recognized by
the Higher Education Commission
2 years’ experience in the relevant field
16 Years of Education (2d division/2.5 CGPA)
in Economics, Public Administration, Business
Administration, Project Management,
Mathematics or Statistics from a University
recognized by the Higher Education
Commission.
2 years experience regarding Project
Planning
Bachelor Degree (2 Division/2.5 CGPA) from a
University recognized by the Higher Education
Commission
Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd
Division) from Recognized Board with 3
months Diploma in MS Office from Recognized
Institute
.1.C.S (20 Division) from Recognized Board
and Speed of 40 W.P.M for Typing in English
on Computer.

1. The contract appointment of all of above-mentioned posts will be made on contract (lump sum pay
package) under the provisions of Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 initially for a period of three years
(extendable on satisfactory performance).
2. The contract appointment is temporary in nature, non-transferable, job / post specific, non-pensionable
conferring no right for regularization.
3. The recruitment process will be carried out under Contract Appointment Policy 2004 and recruitment
policy 2022 Govt. of Punjab.
4. All candidates must apply online through Punjab Jobs Online Portal (https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk) till
27-02-2026.
5. The candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies may apply
through proper channel.
6. No hard copy of application shall be accepted.
7. Department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any
reason.
8. Only short-listed eligible candidates shall be called for test /interview.
9. Only practical experience shall be considered after prescribed qualification.
10. Age relaxation will be applicable as provided in letter No. SOR-I(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08.08.2016
