EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
PESCO invites e-BIDS on EPADS, (EOI) against Tender No. HR-06-2026 for “Hiring of
Company for Providing Manpower To PESCO”, registered with Income Tax/Sales Tax
Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.
Only E-BIDS will be accepted, A complete set of Bidding Documents can be downloaded from
EPADS at (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk). The EOI/Bidding documents, contain detailed
Scope of work, Terms of Reference, instructions & conditions, are available for registered
bidders.
The prospective Company shall submit Bid Security (Original Instrument) attached with
Technical Bid as mentioned in the EOI documents in the form of a CDR/Bank Guaranty from
any scheduled bank of Pakistan, in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar, before the bid closing
time, failing which the bid(s) shall be considered ‘non-responsive’ and will be rejected.
Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in PESCO HQ at 11.00 AM dated 24th February, 2026.
Bids Security (Original Instrument) Hard Copy will be Received till Closing date
4th March, 2026 Time 11.00AM and e-Bids on EPADS will be Opened at 11.30 AM on the same
date at PESCO HQ, Shami Road, Peshawar. This advertisement is also available on PPRA
