AUCTION NOTICE
The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (USCP), Ministry of Industries &
Production, Intends to auction various kind of furniture, fixture and fixed
assets inclusive Cash Counters, Table, Chairs, Sign Boards, Poly Sealer/
Packing Machine, Air conditioner, Photocopy machine etc. On “As is where
is’ basis. Following will be procedure/criteria of auction.
All the Open auction bids / offers shall be accepted on 16-02-2026
(Monday) at 12:30 PM at Zonal Office Karachi Plot No.ST-13, Sector 36/A,
K-Area Korangi, Karachi by the Auction Committee in the presence of the
bidders or their duly authorized representatives, who may wish to attend
the auction proceeding on the given address:-

Every Pakistani having computerized National Identity Card issued
by NADRA, can participate in the open public auction except
defaulter of Govt. Department or Govt. servant. The companies can
participate through their authorized representatives.
Every participant of the open auction will submit Demand Draft/
Pay Order valuing Rs. 1,000,000/- (One million) in favor of Utility
Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (as security deposit)
along with CNIC before time of auction, which shall be returned to
all depositer after the open auction except the highest bidder.
Every participant of open auction will submit bid on prescribed
form along with a certificate on stamp paper of Rs.100/- that “he is
neither a Govt. employee nor a defaulter of Govt. Department”
All the Government taxes applicable will be bourne by the
successful bidder.
The successful bidder shall be responsible for the collection/lifting
of all the items at designated locations within 10 days.
