Invitation to Bids
1. Sealed tender on item rate F.O.R. National Institute of Historical and Cultural Research (NIHCR).
Centre of Excellence, Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) is invited from well reputed firms registered
with the FBR (NTN and GST) for the procurement of following solar systems in accordance with
Public Procurement Rules 2004: 36 (b) single stage two envelop basis:
30kWp ROOFTOP ON-GRID SOLAR PV SYSTEM
WITH NET METERING FOR NIHCR, QAU
2. Tender will be issued only to those firms who will have valid active registration with PPRA for
procurement on EPADS 2.0. Tender documents can be obtained from office of undersigned till
02.03.2026 on payment of Rs.5000/- (through Bank Draft/Challan Form from University) as
tender cost in the name of Director, NIHCR, during office hours, except holidays on written
request from the firm concern on a letter head of the firm. Details of the job can be viewed on
EPADS 2.0 and PPRA also.
3. The interested bidders are requested to submit their bids/proposals online through EPADS 2.0 at
https://eprocure.gov.pk before opening date, and original bids/proposal must be submitted at
National Institute of Historical and Cultural Research, Centre of Excellence, Quaid-i-Azam
University, Islamabad on or before 11:00 AM on 03.03.2026 and will be opened on the same day at
12:30 PM in the Seminar Room of the Institute in the presence of suppliers/contractors or their
authorized agents.
4. The rates must be quoted strictly in accordance with specification mentioned in the document and
valid for 06 months.
5. The Institute reserves the right to accept/reject the tender (s) by conveying the reasons on request
of bidders. The decision of the NIHCR, QAU on all matters relating to this tender shall be final.
