INVITATION FOR e-BIDS

1. WATER AND POWER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY through Chief
Engineer (O&M) T4 Hydel Power Station, Tarbela invites electronic
bids from the original manufacturers/authorized distributors
suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax Sales Tax
Department and are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for
procurement of Spare Parts for Electrical (Plant) Section Tarbela
4 Ext. HPS on D.D.P basis. Time period for performance of the
Contract is 120-days
2 -Bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms &
conditions, method of procurement, evaluation criteria, bid validity.
clarification/rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are
available for the registered bidders on EPADS at
(www.eprocure.gov.pk). This advertisement is also available on
PPRA website at (www.ppra.org.pk) as well as WAPDA website
3. The electronics bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in
the e-bidding documents must be submitted by using EPADS on or
before 26.02.2026 at 1100Hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted
E-bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs. in the presence
of bidders/representatives, at officer’s club, River view colony

Each Bidder shall furnish a Bid security of PKR 84,500/-in the form of
CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (O&M), T4 Ext Hydel Power Station,
Wapda Tarbela Bid security in original must reach in this office on or
before bid closing time/bid submission time
