KINPOE-C, NIBGE-C, and NIAB-C on fellowship and/or regular fee basis.

are available on both Fellowship and RFB.
Eligibility for MS/MSc/MPhil Programs
⚫ All Pakistani nationals, preferably with first class academic career are eligible
to apply. However, one second division (≥ 50% marks) is allowed except in the
final degree. In case of semester system, a minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0 in
the final degree is required.
Candidates having BS (4-year] MSc in Computer Science, Geology must have
studied Physics and Mathematics at undergraduate level
Candidates expecting completion of their degree requirements by November 01,
2026 may also apply.
⚫ Age limit: There is no age limit for admission on regular fee basis. However, for
fellowships the age limit is 32 years for MBBS Doctors and 27 years for all other
disciplines as on June 30, 2026
• Merit will be determined by PIEAS Admission Test and Interview.
⚫ Fellowship candidates are also required to qualify Psychological Test
As per HEC policy, students can apply as regular fee-paying (RFP) candidates based
on their GAT (general) scores

PAEC Fellowships
For Engineers, MBBS Doctors & Scientists
Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) and some other
government departments offer fellowships to MS/ MSc
students at PIEAS and KINPOE-C
– A stipend of Rs. 58,180/-(subject to deductions as per policy) per month with
tuition fee-waiver
■ Free indoor medical treatment
– Fellow students have to pledge a bond to serve PAEC/ Organizations/ Govt.
Departments for 5 years after completion of their degree.
– Induction in SPS-8 after completion of MS studies with minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 40

Graduate Assistantships for PhD Scholars
Graduate Assistantship program allows PhD students within PIEAS to
serve as TA/RA/Lab Engr for 9 contact hours in regular semester and 3
contact hours in summer semester.
Selected students will be awarded Rs. 65,000/- per month scholarship only.
Scholarships from IT Endowment Fund
IT Endowment Fund Scholarships for MS/PhD Computer Sciences and MS
Cyber Security & Artificial Intelligence at PIEAS:
For MS a monthly stipend of Rs 28,000/- only & for PhD Rs. 35,000/-only.
Students have to pledge a bond to serve the country for 5 years after
completion of their degree
