TENDER NOTICE
Tender No. DG (PP&PS)- 2025/Proc/ADP/4
Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures, Hardware, Machinery & Equipment, If Equipment, General Items
etc. Under the Project Titled, “Parole and Probation revamping Program One at Sargodha”
Punjab Probation and Parole Service E-Bid on lot basics are invited from bidders l.e. firms/ companies/sole
proprietor/ general order suppliers etc. engaged in trading, registered with relevant Registration Authorities
and Tax Departments/ Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.). The bidders should
submit E-bids against each Lot separately, as contracts will be awarded separately for each Lot. The total
cost for each lot will be considered for awarding the contract, rather than Individual itern costs within the
lot. Partial, incomplete, and lots with alternative bid will not be accepted. The E- bids shall be received as
per single stage two envelope procedures. The detall Is as under:

All E-bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the estimated price, as mentioned in the Table above, in
the name of “Punjab Probation and Parole Service”, and in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft
/ Pay Order. Late E-bids shall be rejected.
The complete E-bids must be submitted online on e-Procurement System (EPADS)
website i.e., https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk as per the following schedule:

Bid Validity is 120 days. The Punjab Probation & Parole Service Management may reject all bids at any time
prior to acceptance of a bid, as provided under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the Bidding
Document Number, Title and Lot No, before the E-bid Submission deadline at: Account office: Directorate
General Punjab Probation & Parole Service Government Quarters, Salman Park, Begampura, Baghbanpura,
Lahore.
Bidding Documents are immediately available after date of publication. Punjab Probation and Parole Service
will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or
delivery of E-bids. In case of official holiday on the day of submission, next day will be treated as closing
date. The Bidding document carrying all details can also be downloaded from Punjab Procurement
Regulatory Authority’s website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and Punjab probation and Parole Service website
https://ppnps.punjab.gov.pk. The URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View
Tender.aspx) and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the
advertisement on the website of the PPRA.
