AUCTION NOTICE
Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital, Kasur intends to invite eligible bidders for Auction of Canteen &
Parking Stand for Fiscal Year 2025-26 (the periods mentioned below) and extendable for three months
upon satisfactory performance.
Sr.
1.The Auction Documents containing details of eligibility criteria and terms & conditions can be
downloaded from PPRA website and also be obtained after the date of publication of tender from the
office of the MS DHQ Hospital, Kasur on written request during the office hours till 19.02.2026, till
11.00 AM.
2.The auction documents along with bid security in favor of Medical Superintendent DHQ
Hospital, Kasur must be submitted before 19.02.2026 till 11:00 AM.
3. Auction will be conducted after passing the technical eligibility in which all participating bidders
will offer the amount for Canteen / Parking services on open bidding/competition basis in the
presence of concerned auction committees of DHQ Hospital, Kasur.
4. Bidders/participants/firms will be informed about the date and day of auction offers by the office
of the undersigned after technical evaluation is completed
5. Bidders/participants/firms must participate in the bidding process through EPADS.
6. The Highest price offered by any bidder participating in Auction of canteen and parking stands
will be accepted by the concerned Auction Committee.
7.In case the date for closing date / open bidding date is declared as public holiday the next working
day shall be deemed to be the last day of documents submission; the time and venue shall remain the
same.
8.The Auction Committee reserves the right to cancel the auction process and reject all auction
proposals at any time prior to the award of Contract without hereby incurring any liability to be
affected.
